Michael L. McCarthy is admitted
to practice law in all courts of the State of New York
and the State of Florida. He is a member of the
State Bar Associations in New York and Florida. Additionally
he has been admitted to practice in the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. McCarthy is a former Assistant Suffolk
County Attorney. In 1987 he was the Republican candidate
for the Office of Suffolk County Legislator for the 17th
L.D., Town of Huntington. From March 1987 through January
1992, he was an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of
Huntington, representing the Planning Board, the Zoning
Board of Appeals and the Office of the Assessor.

Michael
L. McCarthy is a graduate of Walt Whitman High School, Class
of 1979. He attended the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.
Oneonta Campus) and received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Economics in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctorate
from St. John's University in 1986.

Michael L. McCarthy was born and raised
in the Town of Huntington, New York. He and his wife Kimberly
have three children and a Golden Retriever. Michael enjoys
boating, skiing, golf, cooking, running, gardening, hiking
and fishing in his spare time. |
